• I’m so glad I never bought Kane & Lynch… It really is complete shit! #
• Just played the demos for new Wallace & Gromit and X-Men Origins Wolverine… Both were quite above my expectations, may buy them. #
• I’m still full of flu and back pain… Will just stay in and play games until further notice, I think!!! #
• Just finished playing Kung Fu Panda… Still really surprised at how playable and varied it is… Thought it would be repetitive and boring! #
• Heyfever has kicked in with a vengeance this evening. Oh why can’t I just drop dead??? #
• Was just fitting a starter motor to a 1979 MG BGT… I really need to buy myself a kit car to play with! #

Ok, so you all must have heard the rumors about the new Playstation 3, maybe even seen the leaked photos on Engadget. Now there’s one thing which I think everyone has missed while talking about this… Which is that if these images were fake then Sony would have said they’d be fake to prevent losses in sales. Afterall, anyone who wants a Playstation 3 now, may decide to wait till after the new one comes out to see if there is any associated price drop before buying one. Or at least to wait and see if it was true before buying a current Playstation 3. Afterall, I myself am one of these people… I’ve been saying for some time that I’d buy a PS3, but now I’m inclined to wait and see. And since Sony issues a Cease and Decist to Engadget, it feels even more likely to be real now!

I just don’t understand why most of the more skilled games journalists in the world failed to realise this before I did!

Finished Bioshock on evil ending a few hours ago.  You can subtract that game too now… The “evil” storyline really doesn’t make sense… You still get let into the room full of former little sisters… You still have to escort a little sister to fontaine… Wot’s point?

Finished Lego Indiana Jones this weekend.  Takes my list down a notch, gotta end my LoveFilm subscription so I can go back to working on games I already own, lol!

A serious game next I think! Probably the evil ending of Bioshock as I’m quite close to the end!

Dad decided to buy a Garmin after having a particularly useless Tomtom… And I’ve only just managed to install the updated map files, took me months and an iMac to do it… Apparently the PC version just doesn’t work! However, Mac version worked first time with no problems!

So, from now on… Avoiding the PC version like the Plague!

I had a lttle issue with FireFTP last night… It decided to re-write the permissions of a load of my files to nothing… Not even Owner Write so I couldn’t change them again.

Not to worry though, with the help of GoDaddys built in utilities I managed to fix this with no real bother… And thankfully it hadn’t edited everything, I managed to cancel it before it got to my 2 wordpress blogs! Few!

Anyway, www.jamesmuirhead.com now works again… Gomplete with it’s new funky re-direct in php!

I just saw a friend of mine (yes Daz, I mean you) playing Fallout 3 on Xbox 360… And I remember that I really, really need to catchup on a lot of my gaming! I have so many games which need finishing and I’ve not got round to!

Think I should just dedicate myself to playing games for the forseable future! Suppose it does give me something to do while I’m basically unemployed… Yay, ecconomic downturn!

ADDITIONAL: I really must get round to finishing Halo 3 on Legenday one of these days, I think everyone has but me!!!
